Painting: The equipment undergoes anti-corrosion treatment, finishing with synthetic enamel in the desired color. Ceiling coating with non-slip.

Transmission: Through ASA 80 gears and chains, axle with practical chain tension control system. With transmission box system bathed in oil with splined shafts. Mechanical drive system with fairing and/or side cardan.

Discharge: Up to one ton per minute.

Warranty: 6 months for manufacturing defects.

Optional: Hydraulic Activation with Pellets system.

Unloading: Activation through a hydraulic pump coupled to the truck’s PTO, which activates the hydraulic motors through commands that provide movements to the snails.

Tube Rotation: By means of a hydraulic motor and a reducer driven by the pump, and a command that activates the tube rotation in both directions.

Tube Lift: Hydraulically actuated through the pump, cylinder and hydraulic command.
